Kołobrzeg
Kołobrzeg, an important spa and port city, was founded in the 8th century as a Slavic settlement. Around the year 1000, the city was an important trade center and seat of the bishop.
In 1255, Kolobřeh received city rights and became a member of the Hanseatic League, a medieval trade alliance. Its importance grew. In modern times, however, the city was destroyed and rebuilt several times, especially during the Thirty Years' War and the Napoleonic Wars. After World War II, the city was annexed to Poland and rebuilt.
With its healing mineral springs and mud baths, Kołobrzeg is one of the most important spa towns in Poland. The city offers a wide range of spa facilities and wellness centers that provide healing treatments using mineral water, sea mud and brine.

Swinoujscie
One of the most important spa and port cities in Poland is spread over three main islands (Uznam, Wolin and Karsibór) and several smaller islets. The island of Uznam is shared with Germany.
They settled the area already in the early Middle Ages, but they officially founded the town only in 1743. During the 19th century, the town became an important spa center. During the Second World War, the city was heavily damaged, and after the war it was reconstructed again and incorporated into Poland.

Łeba (Leba sand dune)

Łeba lies between two lakes (Łebsko and Sarba) and the Baltic Sea.
The city is located on the edge of the Słowiński Park Narodowy National Park, known for its shifting sand dunes and rich biodiversity.
They founded Łeba in the Middle Ages and the first mentions of it come from the 13th century. It was originally a fishing village.
During the 20th century, Łeba began to develop as a tourist center thanks to its natural beauty, seaside location and wide sandy beaches.
The most famous attraction around Łeba are the moving sand dunes in the Słowińsk National Park. These dunes are constantly changing and moving with the influence of the wind, creating a unique landscape.
Lakes Łebsko and Sarbsko offer opportunities for water sports, fishing and bird watching.
The Słowiński Park Narodowy is home to many species of plants and animals. The park is on the list of UNESCO biosphere reserves and is visited by many tourists and cyclists.
